Details

As part of our commitment to audit, assess and track our engagement and communication activities, we sought the views of professional court and tribunal users about how we communicate and engage with them about the work of our organisation, including about reform, recovery and day-to-day operations.

This report summarises our findings from the survey conducted between 22 June and 23 July 2021 and will be used to improve the way we communicate and engage with stakeholders and professional users in the future.
