Gwasanaeth morgais digidol Cofrestrfa Tir EF yw Llofnodi eich gweithred morgais.

Gall rhoddwyr benthyg a thrawsgludwyr ddefnyddio’r gwasanaeth i greu a chofrestru morgeisi cyfreithiol eiddo preswyl ar gyfer perchnogion tai sy’n ailforgeisio.

Gall perchnogion tai sy’n ailforgeisio ddefnyddio’r gwasanaeth i lofnodi eu gweithred morgais yn gyflym ac yn ddiogel.

  1. Sign your mortgage deed has now switched from using GOV.UK Verify to GOV.UK One Login to prove identity securely.
