2. Welcome and introductions
Tim Parker welcomed attendees to the meeting and gave the apologies.
3. Minutes and actions
The minutes from 26 July 2020 were approved and updates on actions were noted.
4. HMCTS Spending Review 2021 (SR21) bid
A substantive discussion was undertaken in respect of the proposed HMCTS contributions to the Ministry of Justice’s Spending Review bid.
Board members provided feedback in relation to the demand and non-demand elements of the bid and also advice around the presentation of the bid.
5. HMCTS corporate business plan 2021 to 2022
The Board discussed the progress made on business plan delivery and provided positive feedback on the developing style and structure of this report.
