This Notice is designed to help outline some of the duties of HS2, and satisfy the ‘Fair Processing Requirements’ as required under the Data Protection Act 1998.
This Notice should be regarded as a generic over-arching Notice for HS2. Additional, more specific, Privacy Notices may appear on our website, or in other circumstances such as on forms, organisational policies, email footers, or CCTV signage.
