Details
Help to Grow: Management is a national training programme that aims to improve leadership and management skills, and firm-level productivity, in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
The programme is delivered by a network of business schools across the UK. It consists of:
- 50 hours of structured learning
- one-to-one business mentoring
- peer learning
- access to an alumni network
The quarterly evaluation findings present evidence collected through surveys of participants of the Help to Grow: Management programme. There also are annual evaluation reports.
These evaluation findings inform future programme design and feed into decision-making throughout the programme.
The quarterly report for April to August 2025 covers a period longer than a quarter as relevant survey data was available at the time the report was written.
