Details

Help to Grow: Management (HtG:M) is a national training programme that aims to improve leadership and management skills, and firm-level productivity, in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

The programme is delivered by a network of business schools across the UK. It consists of:

  • 50 hours of structured learning
  • one-to-one business mentoring
  • peer learning
  • access to an alumni network

The end of year evaluation findings produce evidence on the delivery and early impact of the Help to Grow: Management programme. There are also quarterly survey evaluation reports.

These evaluation findings inform future programme design and feed into decision-making throughout the programme.
