This notice sets out how the Heat Network Efficiency Scheme (HNES) collects, uses and protects any information that you submit to us as part of applying for HNES funding using the HNES application process. It also sets out your rights. It is made under Articles 13 and/or 14 of the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).
