Presents views on changes made to the Growth Voucher programme design. The changes were based on lessons learned from the ‘stakeholder views of the service’ report during March to April 2014.
This report uses ‘qualitative’ research, to gain an understanding of underlying reasons, opinions, and motivations. It draws on in depth interviews with:
- 182 businesses
- 42 service provider staff
- 22 advice suppliers
It also explores the early impact of participating in the programme. For example, changes in businesses behaviour regarding management and planning of their daily or long-term activities.
