  4. Added 3 new example traveller pitch grant agreements and a grant agreement for unregistered body retained ownership.

  5. Moved housing supply delivery agreement (HSDA) letter to its own GOV.UK page.

  6. Added an example of a housing supply delivery agreement for registered providers who are delivering new nil-grant homes for rent and are not party to a Grant Agreement under the Affordable Homes Programme 2021 to 2026.

  7. Added updated versions of the consortium and local authority example agreements.

  8. Corrected formatting issue by adding updated versions of: Registered Provider Grant Agreement, Local Authority Grant Agreement and Consortium Grant Agreement. Also added Unregistered Body agreed transfer Grant Agreement.

A Grant Agreement is a standard contract between Homes England and all Affordable Homes Programme 2021 to 2026 providers. The issuing of individual contracts is handled by the Homes England Provider Services team.
