Change of name of a company subject to anti-dumping measures in respect of certain grain-oriented flat-rolled products of silicon-electrical steel, originating in Japan.
The Commission announced in Decision 2019/C133/04 OJ C133 dated 10 April 2019 that the change of name of Nippon Steel & Sumitomo Metal Corporation, Tokyo, Japan to Nippon Steel Corporation, Tokyo, Japan does not affect the right of the company to benefit from the individual anti-dumping duty rate of 35.9% under additional code C041 on imports of certain grain-oriented flat-rolled products of silicon-electrical steel, originating in Japan.
