This form can be used where:

  • the company is registered in Scotland
  • the main insolvency proceedings are in another member state (not UK)
  • the office holder is giving an undertaking to creditors in the UK
  • you need to avoid proceedings being opened in the UK

For companies registered in England and Wales, use form IE02.

For companies registered in Northern Ireland use form IE02(NI).
