This form is for people appealing a Home Office decision and will enable you to create an account on My HMCTS to submit your appeal.
It can be used if you are appealing a decision relating to:
- human rights
- asylum
- EU Settlement Scheme (EUSS)
- immigration enforcement
- Border Force
For other queries
You can only use this form to help you get the information you need for your appeal.
