The stage 3 terms and conditions for Get funding to improve animal health and welfare have been updated and are effective from 22 January 2026.
Details of the change and which paragraphs have been updated are below.
Expressions used have the same meaning as set out in the Agreement, unless defined.
New payment rates effective for vet visits on or after 22 January 2026
New payment rates are effective for Reviews and Follow-ups that take place on or after 22 January 2026. Previous rates apply where vet visits took place before that date.
The following paragraphs have been amended in the terms and conditions due to this change:

Blood sampling as an alternative to oral fluid sampling as part of a pig Review
You could previously arrange for a vet to take oral fluid samples to test for Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrome (PRRS).
You may now arrange for a vet to take blood samples as an alternative to oral fluid samples to test for PRRS.
The following paragraphs have been amended in the terms and conditions due to this change:
