  1. Updated our hourly charge to £130 following changes to our fees and charges. Added guidance on how to appeal regulatory decisions. Added wording to confirm the assessment of waste status as an option under the Definition of Waste Service (in addition to end of waste and by-product).

  2. Removed the information box from the publication page and guidance 'how to use the definition of waste service' as the definition of waste service has reopened for new submissions.

  3. Added an information box to the publication page and guidance 'how to use the definition of waste service' to say the waste service is suspended for new submissions until late spring 2024.

  4.
