To get a copy of the bind over order, you should:
- fill in the relevant sample letter as much as you can
- send it to the court that issued the order
A copy of the order costs £5, but you may be able to get help with the fee.
You can use the order as evidence to apply for legal aid to help you divorce or separate from an abusive partner.
