The habit data in this report is for use in radiological impact assessments to estimate the radiation dose to different age groups of the UK population. Habit data is given on the ingestion of foods and water, breathing rates of air, occupancy times and inadvertent ingestion of soil and sand whilst at different locations. The data is given for typical and high-rate individuals.
