Any person seeking to rely on the licence must register online via SPIRE, the online export licensing system within 30 days of their first use of the licence.

  1. The current General Trade Licence has been revoked and a revised version is in place. The new licence includes new regulations 46XB, 46XD, 46XE, 46XF and 46XG.

  2. This licence has been modified to enable the provision of insurance and reinsurance to a person connected with Russia in relation to the items in paragraph 1 (a).

  3. This licence has been modified to include aircraft and aero gas turbine engines within its scope.
