Summary  

The Department for Work and Pensions commissioned polling research using an online survey of the general UK population to inform the Milburn Young People and Work final report. This research was designed to test public attitudes on policy approaches to young people not in education, employment or training (NEET). 

Contribution to the evidence base

This research will inform the Milburn Young People and Work final report and wider evidence base on young people who are NEET.  

Research value  

The findings from this research will be used to inform policy recommendations proposed in the Young People and Work final report.
