GIAA’s Gender Pay Gap Report provides context and analysis of our figures, includes progress against actions we are taking to minimise the gap, whilst setting out our approach over the next 12 months to reduce it.

This report is an important tool in demonstrating our commitment to becoming a fully inclusive and diverse workforce. We remain dedicated to reducing the gender pay gap and we will refine our approach and act on the main contributors set out in this report.
