Details

The EIR request asked for information regarding:

  1. All correspondence amongst DECC staff internally, and with HM Treasury, on the sensitivity analysis in the Government’s Gas Strategy that leads to 37GW of new gas being built by 2030 (and an emissions intensity of 200gCO2/kWh).

  2. The modelling underpinning this sensitivity analysis.

  3. All relevant information to be between the dates 17 March – 5 December 2012, the dates during which the Gas Strategy was being developed.
