An application has been made to the Environment Agency by G H Hoyles Limited. The Environment Agency are required to give notice of this application.

The application is for a full licence to abstract water from the Lutton Leam Drain (within the South Holland Internal Drainage Board) at Monmouth Farm, Lutton, Spalding, PE12 9LH, National Grid Reference (NGR) TF 44571 25016.

The application is to abstract water as follows:

  • 36 cubic metres an hour
  • 864 cubic metres a day
  • 85,000 cubic metres a year

Between November and March inclusive in each year.

The water will be used to fill a reservoir for subsequent spray irrigation.
