This review examines our attitudes to ageing and how they result in discrimination and other damaging consequences. It explores the individual and societal factors that contribute to more positive or negative attitudes to age and how they can help reduce experiences of ageism.
This evidence review was commissioned as part of the Foresight future of an ageing population project.
