This report considers changes to the infrastructure and environment of the workplace that may allow older people to stay in the workforce for longer. It examines the barriers that older workers face in a variety of workplaces and considers how these could be overcome in the future.
This evidence review was commissioned as part of the Foresight future of ageing project.
