This guidance is for FE providers. It contains summary cost models relating to further education:

  • new build projects
  • refurbishment projects
  • small work projects

The summary cost models include location factors and have been updated for inflation (end of August 2018) using:

  • Building Cost Information Service (BCIS) Location Factors
  • BCIS All-in Tender Price Index (TPI)
