The government has introduced an Open Data scheme for fuel prices (Fuel Finder) under the Motor Fuel Price (Open Data) Regulations 2025 (Regulations). This document sets out how we use our enforcement powers relating to Fuel Finder.  

This follows a consultation on our draft guidance.
