Jeane Freeman left her role as Cabinet Secretary for Health and Sport at the Scottish Government in May 2021.

Jeane Freeman sought the Committee’s advice about taking up a role with the University of Glasgow. The letter containing the Committee’s consideration and the conditions imposed on the appointment was sent in September 2021; and the appointment was announced in February 2022.
