Thank you for your email dated 10th February 2022 where you requested a copy of the table and column names of the database used to store data from users of the Coronavirus Yellow Card reporting site

Reports of all suspected adverse drug reactions to medicines and vaccines are stored on the MHRA’s purpose-built pharmacovigilance database, Sentinel. The Sentinel database includes reports related to medicines and vaccines used in the treatment of Coronavirus received from the Coronavirus Yellow Card reporting site.

Further to your request please find attached a list of the database table and column names from the Sentinel database. The extract provides a list of all data fields in the Sentinel database as of the 7 March 2022.
