Thank you for your information requests which were received 27th October 2022, where you addressed identical questions to the following recipients:

  1. Dear Advisory Board on the Registration of Homoeopathic Products

  2. Dear Commission on Human Medicines

  3. Dear Herbal Medicines Advisory Committee

  4. Dear Devices Expert Advisory Committee

  5. Dear British Pharmacopoeia Commission

You requested the following:

I would be most grateful if you would provide me, under the Freedom of Information Act, the information requested below.

The details we require are:

  1. Who is your social media management and monitoring tool supplier?

  2. Start date & duration of framework/contract with the supplier

  3. Actual spend on this contract/framework (and any sub lots), from the start of the contract to the current date

  4. Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for this contract?

We have decided to amalgamate all your requests into a single response.

Please note that none of the expert groups / committees listed above have their own social media management tool or contract. Where it is judged that something related to social media is required, it would be provided through MHRA given our role in supporting these expert groups and committees. Therefore, the information you have requested is not held. We would typically now invite you to request the same information specifically in relation to MHRA, however, it is noted that you have already made this request under FOI 22/1138 and will receive a response to this tomorrow.
