The Commission on Human Medicines (CHM) is an advisory non-departmental public body and its functions are set out in Regulation 10 of the Human Medicines Regulations 2012 (as amended).  It is an independent scientific advisory committee and its members include a range of clinical and technical experts and lay representatives.  More information on the CHM can be found at this link: https://www.gov.uk/government/organisations/commission-on-human-medicines

Regarding the other questions you have raised, the Triennial Review of the Commission on Human Medicines was published in 2015.  We publish the declaration of interests which generally include hospitality/gifts from any relevant pharmaceutical industry declared by the committee chairs and members in the Human Medicines Regulations 2012 Advisory Bodies Annual Reports which are available on the Gov.UK website.  The 2021 Annual Report can be found at this link: Human Medicines Regulations 2012 Advisory Bodies Annual Report 2021 - GOV.UK
