Thank you for your information request, dated 16th September 2022 where you requested the following:

CDC director Dr Rochelle walensky has finally publicly admitted that the CDC gave false information about covid 19 vaccine safety this confession was made in a letter that was made public on the 12- 09-2022.

I’m sure the MHRA and June Raine will be fully aware of this confession.

Under the freedom of information act has the MHRA and June Raine provided any false statements regarding the safety efficacy ingredients testing or recording of adverse reactions regarding the covid 19 vaccines.

Please provide full details of all the statements the mhra and June Raine have made about the Covid 19 vaccines that have turned out to be FALSE.

The vaccine is 95% effective and vaccinated people will not catch covid.

Please provide full details based on the Nolan principles of public office. Barristers in the UK are already working on cases to hold members of staff personally accountable for professional negligence, this people will be sued through civil courts and will be personally liable.

The Freedom of Information Act places a general duty on public authorities to provide access to official information. However, the Act also provides an exemption to that duty for requests that are determined to be vexatious, within Section 14 (1).

The ICO website states harassment on staff includes making unsubstantiated allegations of criminal behaviour or wrongdoing can be considered vexatious.

The ICO go on to state the following:

Where the requester pursues personal grudges by targeting their correspondence towards a particular employee or office holder, this again may be evidence that their request is likely to harass staff.

We have considered the above and have deemed your request meets the criteria set out in Section 14 (1) of the FOI act and therefore, are refusing your request. This is because on several occasions, you have made accusations of criminal behaviour and wrongdoing against Dame June Raine. Additionally, several of your requests have specially targeted her in her role as MHRA CEO.

Please note that under Section 17(6) of the Freedom of Information Act we will not respond to any further requests on the same or similar topics where we consider you to be specifically targeting Dame June Raine.

If you are dissatisfied with the handling of your request, you have the right to ask for an internal review. Internal review requests should be submitted within two months of the date you receive this response and addressed to: info@mhra.gov.uk
