UK Visas and Immigration guidance for staff providing an overview of the conditions to be met when a family member of a British citizen applies for a residence card in the UK in line with the Immigration (European Economic Area) Regulations 2006.

Includes information on the different stages of an application, retained rights of residence and permanent residence.
