Application form and guidance notes for annual registration of PCB contaminated equipment. Can be completed electronically and submitted by email to pcb-enquiries@environment-agency.gov.uk.

If you hold PCB contaminated equipment (as defined by the regulations) and you fail to register it you are committing a criminal offence which may result in enforcement action.
