Details

The Civil Service People Survey is the annual Civil Service-wide survey of staff attitudes and experiences of work. The 2016 survey ran from 1 October to 31 October, and over 279,708 people working across the Civil Service took part.

These are the results from FCO staff which show an employee engagement index score of 71% - 11 points above the Civil Service average. The survey provides the FCO’s leadership with the information it needs to constantly improve practices across the organisation and to take the necessary action.
