Details

The people survey is the annual Civil Service-wide survey of staff attitudes and experiences of work. The 2014 survey ran from 1 October to 31 October, and over 274,000 people working across the Civil Service took part. These are the results from FCO staff which show that the employee engagement index score is 67% which is 8 points above the Civil Service average. The survey provides the FCO’s leadership with the information it needs to constantly improve practices across the office and to take the necessary action.
