The Foreign & Commonwealth Office (FCO) took part in the Civil Service 2012 People Survey. The FCO employee engagement index score is 67% which is 10 points above the Civil Service benchmark. The survey provides the FCO’s leadership with the information it needs to constantly improve practices across the office and to take the necessary action.
