- Figures for 2010, 2011 and 2012 were provided on 6 December 2013 in response to FOI 29841, and remain unchanged. Updated figures for 2013 were provided on 12 March 2014 in response to FOI 30786, and cover the period from January to December 2013 as requested.

- Figures for 2010, 2011 and 2012 were provided on 21 November 2013, in response to PQ 175741, and remain unchanged. Updated figures for 2013 were provided on 12 March 2014 in response to FOI 30786, and cover the period from January to December 2013 as requested.
