Details

The requester asked for information about the number of ET1 notifications received by Monitor and the NHS Trust Development Authority under the Public Interest Disclosure Act 1998 including the actions taken, the bodies and matters to which these notifications relate and any analysis undertaken by Monitor and the NHS Trust Development Authority.

NHS Improvement confirmed that it holds some of this information but has decided that the cost of complying potentially exceeds the appropriate cost limit under section 12 of the FOI Act.
