Details

The request asked for sight of a supplementary report/assessment produced by Verita during their independent review of the Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust.

The response explains that a supplementary report was not produced but additional information was provided on a number of governance issues. This information is being used to help inform the planned Governance Review at the trust.

A report in relation to this review will be published in due course and therefore there the information requested was withheld with the application of section 22 of the Freedom of Information Act.
