This request asked for a copy of the findings and any comments and conditions imposed as a result of the investigation of the Royal Surrey Hospital Foundation Trust.

NHS Improvement provided copies of the enforcement undertakings and the additional licence condition but decided to withhold other information under Section 31 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
