I am writing in response to your email dated 14th March 2022 requesting the following information:

I would like the organisation to review and respond to my freedom of information request below, that’s focused on contract data for all Facilities Management (FM) services and Estates services covering hard FM services (Planned and Reactive Maintenance) and soft FM services (Cleaning, Catering, Security, Waste and Pest Control) for the DECA Sealand site.

I am treating your correspondence as a request for information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA).

In response to your queries, I have completed a search for the information within the Defence Electronics & Components Agency (DECA), and I can confirm that we do hold information in scope of your request and I detail the answers below.

The Defence Electronics and Components Agency has footprints across three MOD sites, MOD Sealand, MOD Stafford and MOD Donnington. DECA is the sole custodian for MOD Sealand and lodgers on MOD Stafford and MOD Donnington. Further to your clarification, I provide information about the Facilities Management contract for the Sealand site only.

MOD Sealand

    • 3+1+1-both extensions have been utilised
