Details

FOI ref 0301-15 provides the FCO’s procedures for staff misconduct. It explains that FCO staff employed abroad are bound by local misconduct procedures which must follow local employment law and are held separately by each diplomatic mission. To collate that information would take the request over the time limit provided by section 12 of the Freedom of Information Act.
