Details

FOI 0007-16 explains the European Commission will transfer European Council meetings from the Justus Lipsius building to the Europa building around July 2016. All EU member states, including the UK, have to move their delegation offices used by the Prime Minister, Foreign Secretary and senior ministers to Europa House and our delegation space in Justus Lipsius will close. FCO officials and EU colleagues toured the building construction site April 2015. Some information is withheld under section 21 (information accessible by other means), section 27 (international relations), section 38 (health and safety), section 40 (personal information) and section 43 (commercial interests) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000
