FOI ref 0604-14 explains that the FCO is unable to find any relevant reports for 2005 and 2006, but gives links to the 2004 Foresight report published by the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills; two Foresight reports published in 2011 by the Government Office for Science and, the Stern report on the Economics of Climate Change October published 2006
