FOI 0333-16 explains that the civil service survey at department and agency level is available on gov.uk, under the civil service people survey section. The survey provides information on the quality of management and working conditions at the civil service level. It also provides information on the variation within the different departments and agencies within the civil service. Information is withheld under section 36 (prejudice to the effective conduct of public affairs) and section 40 (personal information) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000
