Details

FOI 0905-15 provides a link to a previous FOI release on this subject and explains that since that release, FCO officials have met with Soma Oil and Gas on one occasion. The details of the meeting are withheld under section 43 (commercial interests) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000. Correspondence from Lord Clanwilliam to the Minister for Africa, Grant Shapps, is released together with emails arranging the meeting
