Details

FOI ref: 0052-14 explains that the FCO does not pay subsistence rates for staff travelling overseas but staff can claim costs for reasonable expenditure. They must supply receipts and have their manager’s or budget holder’s approval. There are expenditure guides for particular countries or regions
