Details

FOI 0488-15 explains that the alleged outstanding parking fines for diplomatic missions and international organisations are owed to individual councils and Transport for London so only they have financial authority to waive such fines. It lists the names of relevant councils and gives a link to the Foreign Secretary’s statement to Parliament that includes outstanding parking fines by members of the diplomatic community in the UK 2009 to 2013. The 2013 statement was made on 15 July 2014
