FOI ref 0687-14 provides information on outsourced facilities management services and contracts for the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) estate. The estate includes FCO buildings in London and Northamptonshire; executive agency, Wilton Park and, non-departmental bodies (NDBs): the British Council, the Great Britain China Centre and the Westminster Foundation for Democracy. However, the FCO does not manage the facilities and contracts on behalf of the FCO’s NDBs. The response includes information on performance against: key performance indicators, service level agreements, delivering to budget and cost savings captured through the contract. It provides a link to the FCO Annual Report and Accounts 2013-14 that gives information on the FCO’s environmental targets. Some information has been withheld under Section 43 (commercial interests) of the Freedom of Information Act
