FOI 0955-16 explains that an Overseas Security and Justice Assessment (OSJA) was conducted for the project and approved at senior civil service level. The 2015 to 2016 MSc programme was approved by Local Strategy Board for East Africa that oversees the East Africa Conflict, Stability and Security Fund (CSSF) programme
