FOI 1174-15 and EIR 021-15 releases information on Tobias Ellwood’s meeting with Shell in March 2015 to discuss the situation in Iraq and region. Some information is withheld under section 27 (international relations), section 35 (formulation of government policy), section 40 (personal information) and section 43 (commercial interests) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000. Information is also withheld from disclosure under Regulations 12 (3) (personal data), 12 (4)(e) (internal communications) and 12 (5)(a) (international relations, defence, national security or public safety) of the Environmental Information Regulations 2004
